Terms and Conditions

After we received your order, please allow 10 days for delivery. Delivery dates can only be regarded as a guide. Large orders or custom-made meditation furniture may take a few days longer. Every effort will be made to abide by quoted dates cannot always be guaranteed

Order

A binding contract exists only on acceptance of an order.

Delivery (Germany)

The goods are usually delivered by DHL. The fees for postage according to pricelist DHL.
Any order over € 500,00 will be carried out free of charge.
 
We allow one month for cancellation.
 
Delivery (EU Countries)
 
The goods are usually delivered by post. The balance is due either by cash on delivery (COD) or before delivery (payment in advance).
 

Special Conditions of Sale for Instructors or Retailers

We offer special conditions for yoga-instructors, course-leaders, clubs and educational establishments. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a quote. We offer a discount on nonrecurring large orders.

If you wish to trade in our meditation-furniture we are looking very forward on receiving your telephone call.
Please send us a copy of your trading license, either by fax or by post. In return we will provide you with our conditions of purchase as soon as possible.

Payment

The invoice with our bank details will be sent with the goods. Customers from Germany are allowed 2% discount if the payment is made within 10 days from the invoice date. Please note that the balance is due within 30 days from the invoice date.

Reservation of Proprietary Rights

Unless and until the goods are paid in full, ownership and title remains with the company.

Unavailability of Goods

All orders are subject to availability.

Faulty Goods

Because every piece of our meditation furniture is unique, wood shades and fabric shades can vary. Wood is a natural material; therefore minor flaws may appear. Every effort will be made to ensure consistency but cannot always be guaranteed. However, if the goods are not of a satisfactory quality, please contact us immediately.
